TOWN OF ULSTER – Police have arrested a Pleasant Valley man on a
charge of unlawful surveillance.
It is alleged that on the evening of February 18, J. Angel Florentino,
51, placed an iPhone inside a bathroom stall in a local discount department
store in the Town of Ulster without the other person’s knowledge
or consent. He placed the device while the other man was inside the stall
and the device was noticed immediately.
Florentino was charged with the felony of unlawful surveillance and released
after posting $100 bail. He is to appear in town court at a late date.
