Tochterman
KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested a Kingston man on several counts of cocaine sales. The police department’s Special Investigations Unit had conducted an investigation into the sales of cocaine in the city.
Donald Tochterman was located in the Town of Ulster and taken into custody minutes before 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 26.
Tochterman was charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held pending arraignment.
