Traffic stop leads to arrest on drug charges

TOWN OF CORNWALL – A Highland Falls man was arrested on drug charges after being stopped for traffic infractions on Route 9W in the Town of Cornwall.
State Police in Montgomery charged Keith Rhodes, 48, with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and a violation of unlawful possession of marijuana.  Rhodes was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
