STROUDSBURG PA – The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office conducted
a large scale prostitution sting at a hotel in Stroudsburg on January
13 and included in those arrested were two Westchester County men.
The sweep yielded 19 arrests for crimes relating to human sex trafficking,
prostitution and the sale of heroin.
The two from Westchester are Derrel Wilson, 32, and Devereaux Rowlette,
28, both of Mount Vernon., They are each charged with trafficking of individuals,
involuntary servitude and promoting prostitution.
They are in the Monroe County, PA jail in lieu of $50,000 secured bail
each.
