TOWN OF MONTGOMERY – Police
in the Town of Montgomery are investigating a home invasion robbery that
occurred around 11:50 p.m. on Monday.
During the incident at 9 Lira Lane, at least one victim was bound.
Witnesses told investigators that three men were involved, one armed with
a weapon.
They fled without any known proceeded.
As they were fleeing, police said the homeowner fired a shotgun, allegedly
to scare off the suspects.
During the interview process with police, the occupants were somewhat
uncooperative, officers said.
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to
