CARMEL – A Carmel woman was arrested by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office on felony and misdemeanor drug charges after deputies responded to a domestic dispute at a residence on Fowler Avenue in Carmel.
Deputies assigned to the sheriff’s office Narcotics Unit had been monitoring the dispatch and recognized her name and description as a person from whom they had recently made several prescription medication purchases.
Lisa Bianco, 38, fled on foot before deputies arrived in the scene. She was located in unlawful possession of prescription medication and a small amount of marijuana.
Bianco is in the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail pending a future court appearance. If convicted of the felony charge, she could face up to seven years in state prison.
