Newburgh warming center opened

NEWBURGH – The City of Newburgh Activity Center at 401 Washington Street
will be available as a “Warming Center” for those seeking a
place to stop in from out of the cold this Thursday, December 15 and Friday,
December, 16, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.”
