TOWN OF WALLKILL – A Wallkill man has been arrested and charged
with grand larceny and criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a window
on a truck parked at Midspan and removing tools.
The incident occurred on August 22, 2015 and police arrested Joseph Dearinger,
36, last week on October 26.
He is alleged to have smashed a window on the truck and stole the tools.
Dearing was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail pending a
future court appearance.
