Nobile
FISHKILL – A 24-year-old Poughkeepsie woman was arrested on Sunday
and charged with smuggling marijuana and synthetic marijuana into the
Fishkill Correctional Facility.
State Police said Victoria Nobile intended to slip it to an inmate.
She was charged with promoting prison contraband as a misdemeanor and
unlawful possession of marijuana as a violation.
State Police were assisted by the State Department of Corrections and
Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations.
Nobile was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Fishkill Town Court.
