Halstead
HUDSON – A Greenport man is in the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail following his arrest on two counts of felony criminal sexual act.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office charged Matthew Halstead, 23, after his arrest on October 13. He is alleged to have engaged in anal and oral sexual conduct with a person under the age of 17.
The sheriff’s office asks that anyone with information about Halstead to call Senior Investigator Mark Dunspaugh at 518-828-4316.
