HIGHLAND – Construction work on the east and west approaches to
the Mid-Hudson Bridge between Highland and Poughkeepsie will continue
for the next three weekends. The work began this weekend and will take
place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Two lanes of traffic will be maintained at all times during the work –
one in each direction.
Bridge Authority officials suggest motorists use other Hudson River crossings
to avoid traffic delays during those periods.
