KINGSTON – A Round Top man is in the Ulster County Jail without bail following his arrest on Monday for felony sales of heroin.
The Special Investigations Unit of Kingston City Police had investigated
the sale of the drugs throughout the city and arrested Mark Williams of
Round Top on Chandler Drive.
He was charged with three counts each of criminal sale and possession of drugs as felonies and sent to the Ulster County Jail.
