SOMERS – A warrant search of a residence suspected of being a marijuana grow operation led to the arrest of a 17-year-old male and the seizure of two marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia and a small quantity of marijuana.
The teen, whose name police did not release, was charged with unlawfully growing cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also charged with criminal trespass regarding an unrelated burglary investigation dating back to June. He was released on an appearance ticket pending a future court appearance.
