FISHKILL – The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has concluded that the fire that destroyed a large section of the Gap clothing distribution center in Fishkill last month was intentionally set.
State Police announced the finding for the ATF National Response Team on Tuesday, saying the fire was incendiary in nature.
