GREENBURGH – State Police are still investigating a fatal accident on the southbound mid-span of the Tappan Zee Bridge late Wednesday morning. The 11:23 a.m. accident Wednesday involved a motorcycle and tractor-trailer.
The crash and investigation caused massive backups that lasted for several hours.
Police have not released the name of the victim.
