Woman charged with throwing dog poop in neighbor’s face

SAUGERTIES – A Saugerties
woman is charged with harassment for throwing a bag of dog poop at a neighbor
hitting him in the face.
Saugerties Police said Jill Moy, 75, was walking her dog on Jane Street on Wednesday when it urinated on another resident’s property. He asked her not to let the dog relieve itself there and Moy stormed off.
A short time later, she returned with a bag of dog poop and threw it at the neighbor, who was sitting in his car. It struck him in the face.
Moy was located by Saugerties Police officers and taken into custody.
