KINGSTON – Members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT) arrested a man for drug sales on the afternoon of August 10 after being seen walking on Greenkill Avenue in Kingston.
Purchases of oxycodone were allegedly made by Joshua Griffin, who was recently indicted by an Ulster County grand jury. A warrant was subsequently issued.
Griffin was charged with the felony of criminal sale of a controlled substance and the violation of unlawful possession of marijuana after a small quantity of marijuana was found in his possession at the time of his arrest.  He was taken to the Ulster County Jail and will be arraigned in Ulster County Court at a later time.
