OSSINING – A Roosevelt, NY woman was arrested as she entered Sing Sing Correctional Facility in Ossining with marijuana, crack cocaine and buprenorphine hydrochloride (Suboxone).
Lacieta Winfield, 32, entered the prison on Tuesday to visit an inmate when the drugs were discovered. She was charged with promoting prison contraband, two counts of drug possession and criminal possession of marijuana, all as misdemeanors. She was released on appearance tickets.
