PORT JERVIS – A Milford, Pennsylvania man has been arrested by Port
Jervis Police on a felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled
substance after 80 bags of heroin was found in his possession when he
was stopped on Sussex Street.
Christopher Gutierrez, 32, was also charged with misdemeanor drug possession
and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also has $842
in cash on him at the time of his arrest on July 10.
Gutierrez was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu
of $15,000 bail.
