KINGSTON – A Lake Katrine man was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant from Ulster County Family Court for failure to pay child support of over $11,000.
The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office took Douglas Bigler, 60, into custody in his apartment in the Town of Ulster. He was taken to the Ulster County Jail where he is to serve a six-month sentence.
