GOSHEN – The sentencing of Carmen Dubaldi, the former Orange County political operative, who pled guilty to felony grand larceny charges, has been delayed for a second time.
Judge Edward McLoughlin, sitting in Orange County Court on Monday, rescheduled the sentencing to August 5.
Dubaldi, 48, of New Windsor, previously pled guilty to three counts of felony grand larceny for skimming funds from the campaign accounts of State Senator William Larkin, former Orange County Executive Edward Diana, and County Clerk Annie Rabbitt.
Dubaldi was also the one-time New Windsor Town Republican chairman.
Ulster County District Attorney Holley Carnright’s Office is handling the case since Orange County DA David Hoovler recused himself.
