KINGSTON – A beloved special
education teacher in the Kingston School District collapsed while on the
job at George Washington Elementary School on Monday and later died at
the hospital, school officials said.
Rebecca Debrosky of Kerhonkson, who was 56 at the time of her death on Monday, had taught in the Kingston district for 33 years.
Her legacy was one of “kindness, selflessness, and the love of children,” school officials said.
