NEWBURGH – A 27-year-old Newburgh man was shot once in the back
during an early morning incident on Saturday. Newburgh City Police responded
to the area of 40 Hasbrouck Street at around 2:46 a.m. and found the victim,
who was transported to St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital by Mobile Life
Support Services ambulance.
Police are withholding his name as the investigation continues.
