PORT JERVIS – A warrant search of a residence at 2 Forrest Drive in the Town of Deerpark led to the arrest of a local man on felony drug charges.
Members of the Deerpark and Port Jervis police departments and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group arrested Martin Schultz, 35, on felony drug possession as well as criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of marijuana, both as misdemeanors. He was also found in possession of 11 grams of cocaine, 103 grams of marijuana, a scale and packaging materials.
Schultz was released after posting $15,000 bond.
The arrest stems from continued undercover investigations by authorities into the sales of illicit narcotic drugs in the City of Port Jervis and Town of Deerpark.
