Poughkeepsie seeks to sell Main Street property for development

POUGHKEEPSIE – Two city-owned parcels at 253 Main Street in Poughkeepsie are up for sale and the city is look for a project design that is appropriate for the downtown area that takes in the “prime” location.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, May 6 at 10 a.m. at the Common Council Chambers at City Hall.
Proposals must be submitted by Friday, May 20 at 3 p.m.
