High school students arrested in stolen credit card case

CORTLANDT – Two 17-year-old Henry Hudson High School students were arrested on Wednesday by State Police at Cortlandt following a lengthy investigation into the theft and use of a stolen debit card.
On March 7, the two students allegedly stole the card from a victim at the school and then made several purchases at a number of stores in the Town of Cortlandt and City of Peekskill.
Both youths were issued appearance tickets to Cortlandt Town Court for felony criminal possession of stolen property.
One of the youths was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Peekskill City Court in connection with a similar charge there.
