STANFORD – The week-long search for a man reported missing from the Lakeview Chateau Community Residence in Stanford has now changed its concentration to the New York City area.
Close to 300 members of several organizations searched the Dutchess County area since Monday, March 14 when Edward Lopez, 68, went missing. Over 1,500 acres were searched on foot, an additional 1,000 acres by air and ATV/UTV, and Hunns Lake was searched by the State Police SCUBA unit.
Troopers still request the public to be aware that Lopez remains missing and if he is sighted, they should call 845-677-7300.
