GERMANTOWN – A Germantown man was arrested on a charge of rape for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
State Police at Livingston charged that John Hoey, 46, allegedly had sexual contact with the victim on March 1. He was arraigned and released on $5,000 cash bail pending a future court appearance.
