KINGSTON – A Hurley man was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property as a felony in connection with weapons found in his possession.
On February 23, a burglary complaint was filed in Ruby related to the theft of 15 long guns including shotguns and rifles taken from a residence.
During the investigation, State Police at Kingston found that Andrew Woodard, 26, of West Hurley had 10 of those weapons at his residence. After speaking with investigators, he admitted he was in possession of the weapons.
