Milton man accused of using other people’s credit cards

HYDE PARK – State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from Rhinebeck arrested Robert Bari, 36, of Milton, for 11 counts of felony grand larceny.
In January of 2016, Investigators were contacted by Williams Lumber and Home Stores for a report of suspected credit card fraud.  Subsequent to an investigation, it was discovered that Bari allegedly made fraudulent multiple purchases at 4 different Williams Lumber locations between November of 2015 and January of 2016, using multiple victim’s credit card accounts.
Bari was placed in the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.  
Additional charges are pending.
