MIDDLETOWN – A Middletown man was arrested and charged with felony grand larceny for allegedly stealing some $20,000 from a residence in the Town of Warwick.
State Police said Michael Smith, 42, allegedly stole the cash sometime between February 10 and 13. Investigation led police to a hotel in the Town of Wallkill where he was arrested on Tuesday, February 16.
Smith was arraigned and committed to the Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
