Water emergency shuts down Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless

MONTICELLO – Due to a water emergency, the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless will be closed today but plans to reopen on Thursday at 8 a.m.
Pipes burst over the weekend as temperatures dipped to sub-zero levels.
The federation provides meals to those in need and operates a food pantry every other Friday.
