EAST FISHKILL – State Police are investigating a motor vehicle accident on I-84 eastbound near Lime Kiln Road in East Fishkill around mid-day Monday that involved a fire truck.
The new fire truck was being delivered to a fire department in Nassau County.
The left lane was closed during the afternoon so emergency responders could remove the fire truck.
The driver was transported to Danbury Hospital for treatment of injuries.
