KINGSTON – The Ulster County grand jury has indicted a local man
on charges relating to child pornography.
Mark Anderson, 63, had been arrested by State Police on June 25, 2015.
He was indicted on 12 charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child
and 10 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
