Pedestrian fatal victim was Newburgh man

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – The
man struck and killed while crossing Route 17K in the Town of Newburgh
Wednesday evening has been identified as a City of Newburgh resident.

Town Acting Police Chief Bruce Campbell said the victim was 35-year-old
Sejxan Duzeski.

He was crossing the road around 8 p.m. in the area of the bus terminal.

Police have charged Donna Harrison, 77, of New Windsor, with manslaughter
and driving while intoxicated.

Duzeski was transported to the Newburgh campus of St. Luke’s Cornwall
Hospital where he died later in the evening.
