YORKTOWN – A Yorktown man is being held without bail in the Westchester County Jail as he awaits extradition to the State of Florida on drug charges.
Carl Rosa, 65, was located at a business where he worked following a joint investigation by police in New York and Florida.
He was wanted by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and trafficking in methamphetamine.
Rosa was charged in New York as a fugitive from justice.
