BEDFORD HILLS – A Scarsdale man has been committed to the Westchester
County Jail in lieu of $75,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond following an
early morning head-on crash on I-684 in Bedford Hills in which a 64-year-old
Mount Kisco woman was killed.

who was driving southbound.
Lopez, who was alone in her vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tokson and his passenger sustained non-life threatening injuries and were
treated at Westchester Medical Center. Pinheiro-Aloy and her passenger
were not injured.
Whether or not alcohol involvement was a factor in the collision remains
under investigation, police said.
