MIDDLETOWN – State Police have apprehended a Middletown man, who
was wanted on a warrant for child abandonment, endangering the welfare
of a child and vehicle and traffic charges stemming from a November 21
traffic stop.

Police believe Antonio Kelly, 31, fled the scene because he was wanted
by the State Division of Parole as an absconder.

Troopers learned he was at a business in Stony Point and when they arrived
on the scene, he fled again, but was later taken into custody at the Maple
Shady Motel in Ramsey, New Jersey.
