CATSKILL – An Acra man is in jail after he allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Jeremiah Weisinger, 36, is charged with having forcible sexual intercourse with the child at a private residence in the Town of Cairo. He was charged with first-degree rape as a felony.
Weisinger was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
