NORTH SALEM – New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information directly leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the death of Lois Colley. She is the 83-year-old North Salem woman who was found murdered in her Titicus Road home on November 9.
