KINGSTON – The Police Benevolent Association of New York State Troopers and the New York State Police Investigators Association announced their endorsement of Democratic Ulster County Executive Michel Hein.
Hein faces Republican Terry Bernardo in Tuesday’s general election.
“Mike has proven himself to be a friend of the State Police and all law enforcement, and we look forward to working with him over the next four years,” said Tom Mungeer, first vice president of the PBA.
“Law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every single day to protect and serve our community, and I look forward to continuing to work with all law enforcement to keep Ulster County safe,” Hein said.
