Traffic stop leads to gun arrests

MIDDLETOWN – Three Monticello men were arrested on Tuesday following a traffic stop in the City of Middletown and a weapon was located in their vehicle.
Orange County Sheriff’s deputies stopped the car drive by Arsenio Hall Jacobs, 27, for a vehicle and traffic infraction.  During the stop, deputies recovered a loaded 9 mm handgun.
Jacobs, Orlando Ramos, 27, and Harold Richardson, 34, were charged with criminal possession of a weapon.  They were sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of bail.
