NORTH SALEM – State Police arrested three men following a robbery of a man on October 7 just before 8 p.m. at the Croton Falls train station.
Michael Owoo, 21, of North Salem, Sean McCoyd, 22, of Garden City, and Ronnie Foskey, 21, of Roslyn, were all charged with felony robbery.
