What police found on he seat of Luick’s car
HILLCREST – A Suffern man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after Ramapo Town Police found him blue in color and unresponsive in his car in Hillcrest.
A friend told police he left Stephen Luick, 38, for 10 minutes and when he returned to the car, Luick was purple and unresponsive. He attempted CPR until police arrived and administered Narcan. Within a few seconds, Luick sat up and began talking.
Police charged him with driving while ability impaired by heroin and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, both as misdemeanors.
