LIBERTY – Liberty Village Police and the FBI Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force arrested a Liberty man after an investigation into heroin sales in the village.
Rendell Griffin, 26, was charged with felonies of criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell, and misdemeanors of criminally using drug paraphernalia. A warrant search of his residence on Wheeler Lane in Liberty turned up 45 grams of heroin, packaging material, scales and cash.
Griffin was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
The investigation was conducted in conjunction with the FBI, State Police, Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and Monticello Village Police.
