TOWN OF WALLKILL – The Mount Carmel School on Wawayanda Avenue in the Town of Wallkill was the victim of a burglary sometime between 4:30 p.m. September 11 and 12 p.m. on September 12. The suspect or suspects stole a television from the school.
A priest notified the police that someone had broken into the school through a window.
Anyone with information is asked to call Wallkill Town Police at 845-692-6757.
The same school was burglarized overnight on September 4-5 when two TVs were stolen after the building was entered through a window.
Also on September 4, the AHRC Center on Mount Hope Road in Wallkill was also broken into with two large screen TVs, an I-Pad, cell phone and cash stolen.
