Robbery victims hold suspect until cops arrive

KINGSTON – A Kingston man, who went to a home with the intent to
rob its residents, was subdued by them and held until Kingston City Police
arrived.
Tsedai McComb, 38, went to the home on Washington Avenue at 6:35 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9. Witnesses told police when he entered the residence, he pointed a gun at the people and attempted to rob them, but during the crime, the victims grabbed McComb and a struggle ensured. He was held until police arrived.
McComb was familiar with the residents and was the only individual injured. He sustained them during the initial struggle.
He was charged with felonies of armed robbery, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon.
