WHITE PLAINS – An Eastchester man was sentenced in Westchester
County Court on Tuesday to three to six years in state prison after he
pled guilty to felony charges of possessing and promoting an obscene sexual
performance by a child.

On February 4, the District Attorney’s Office received a cyber tip
report from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force
and when the computer IP address was traced, it led to a location where
child pornography images had been downloaded.

Over 7,000 images were discovered on 17 thumb drives, two laptops and
three external drives belonging to Michael Eisenberg, 29, when his apartment
was searched by Eastchester Police.

As a previous felony offender, his sentence was enhanced and he must also
register as a sex offender.
