MONTICELLO – State Police at Liberty arrested a Monticello man for possessing images of children involved in sexual acts.
The images were stored in various electronic devices owned by Jeremiah Hardy, 38, who was taken into custody on Thursday, August 20.
He was charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child as a felony and sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.
State Police were assisted by the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office.
