MIDDLETOWN – WALL Radio, 1340 AM,
which is licensed to the City of Middletown, is coming back home, to be
broadcast locally. For the last several years, the station was actually
transmitting from studios in Poughkeepsie.

The return to local programming is as the result of the purchase of the
station by Neversink Media Group, LLC, owned by Bud and Juli Williamson
of Orange County.

In addition to its AM frequency, WALL will also be heard on 94.1 FM, 94.9
FM and 105.7 FM as well as on HD radios at 101.5-HD2.

Mark West, a 35-year veteran of Hudson Valley broadcasting, will be back
on the air doing the wake-up morning show, complete with his duck, Mortimer.

Williamson also announced that the new coverage will be provided by Hank
Gross and his Mid-Hudson News Network.

The assignment of the WALL license is subject to the approval of the Federal
Communications Commission.
